Damaged or Missing Items

Collection Option
Customers may arrange collection from our premises where available. Collection details and times will be confirmed once the order is ready.

Return & Refund Policy

At RCI Hospitality Solutions, we are committed to supplying quality hospitality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns
Returns may be requested within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:

The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

The product is in the same condition as received.

Proof of purchase or invoice is provided.
For hygiene and food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

Food and beverage products that have been opened or used.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We will assess the claim and, where approved, arrange a replacement, credit, or refund.
Refunds
Once a returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping, delivery, and collection fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by RCI Hospitality Solutions.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been processed, packed, or dispatched, cancellation requests may be subject to administrative and handling charges.
Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to an incorrect, defective, or damaged item supplied by RCI Hospitality Solutions, the customer is responsible for any return shipping or transport costs.
